First Meet Up for 2026 Committee

The 2026 committee held its first official meeting at West Walk to set the starting stage forthe upcoming year. We started by introducing ourselves and explaining our specific roles so that everyone understood their responsibilities within the team. This is so that the atmosphere is more comfortable. We also took individual photos during sunset hour for our social media introduction posts as well as a group picture to mark the start of our term together, capturing an emotional sense of togetherness.

After the formal part of the meeting, we went to eat together to focus on bonding and gettingto know each other in a more relaxed way. This social time was important because it allowedus to build a strong connection and a good working relationship from the very beginning. By the end of the day, we had established a clear baseline for how we would work as a group. This meeting was a great success in making sure everyone felt included and ready to start working on our future projects.
